Do your prints come framed?
All our prints and sets of print sets are sold unframed.
What size frame should I order for my print?
Simply match the frame size to your print size. For instance, an A2 print will require an A2 frame. If you'd like some negative space around your print, opt for a larger frame and use a pre-cut mount that fits the print & frame size.
Where can I find my Tracking Number?
Your Tracking Number will be included in your dispatch notification email. Please note that it may not be active until your package is processed by your local depot or courier. If you can't find your tracking number, just email us with your confirmation number at team.almanac@outlook.com, and we'll be happy to assist!
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at team.almanac@outlook.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been sent to print, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I change the colours of a print?
Yes! We offer custom coloured prints free of charge. Please purchase our "Custom Colour"
Can I purchase a custom size print?
If you have a frame already and would like us to resize a print for you, please email team.almanac@outlook.com.
