We have handpicked Professional 220gsm Matte paper stock for its vibrant colour reproduction, and beautiful crisp, clear, matte finish.
All prints are dispatched wrapped in acid-free paper, inside a rigid cardboard tube (A3 or larger) or hard backed envelope (A4 or smaller) for maximum protection during delivery.
All prints are shipped from the within 2-3 working days. The delivery time will then depend on the item/s ordered. Smaller prints (A4 and below) are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class shipping takes 2-4 workings days. Larger items (11x14 Inch and above) are shipped in a tube via Royal Mail tracked, shipping takes 2-4 working days.
If your items has a tracking code, you will find this in your confirmation email after purchase.
If you require your item sooner, choose express delivery at checkout. These are all shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, shipping take 1-2 working days.
If you require your item/s for a specific date, please get in touch and we will do our best to get it to you on time.
Of course we hope you love your prints as much as we enjoy making them but on the occasion you're not happy we offer a full refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at team.almanac@outlook.com so that we can provide you with the correct returns address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
